As part of your ongoing final project, you are required to report on your progress. (Please consult the Final Project section of the course to see detailed requirements.) This update is required for two reasons: (1) to ensure that you are making steady progress in the completion of your final project and (2) to allow an opportunity for the mentor to provide continuous feedback on your project. As part of this event, you will be required to submit a list of your collected references, with at least 5 academic articles presented.
During this session, each student must be prepared to answer the following questions as they relate to the final paper:
What methodology did you use to ensure the articles collected reflect the most recent information available to academics?
What methodology did you use to analyze the articles to ensure that information is rigorously presented and not mere opinions?
What three to five themes have you found concerning your chosen topic and how can this information be applied by industry?
Be prepared to actively participate in the session. You will need to ask each of your peers a question about his or her project. Likewise, be prepared to answer questions from each of your peers during the session. [CO 5]
