help to explain the practice of HRM in organizations. Provide practical examples to
support the answer.
1. Students should provide a critical analysis of Hofstede’s conception of culture where theoretical
definitions are required. Also, in the process of culture analysis students are requested to demonstrate the ability of developing the conception of culture in explaining the practice of HRM in multinationalcompanies, as well as illustrate the challenges that emerge when the practice of HRM in multinational companies operate in various economic systems. Moreover, students should provide practical examples to support the answers, which would help them to get higher marks. Students could use examples discussed in lectures or seminars or drawn from any textbook or research articles.
