Every time you read your chosen book, you are asked to keep track of your reading by completing an entry in your reading log. You are asked to complete a minimum of 15 reading log entries as you read your book.

Title of Book and Author’s Name:
Has your book been approved by your instructor?

You are going to be asked to submit your in progress reading log to your teacher when you are finished reading one-third of your book (by the end of Unit 3), two-thirds of your book (by the end of Unit 5), and when you are finished reading the whole book (by the end of Unit 7).
